Ezequiel Treister

I got my PhD from the University of Chile-Yale joint program in 2005 under the supervision of Prof. Meg Urry. Then, I was a ESO fellow from 2006 to 2008 based in Chile with duties at the VLT. In 2008 I was awarded an Einstein fellowship that I took to the Institute for Astrophysics at the University of Hawaii. In 2011 I became an associate professor at the University of Concepcion in Chile. More recently, in March 2016 I moved to Santiago, Chile as a professor at the Institute of Astrophysics at the Universidad Catolica.
