Banibrata Mukhopadhyay

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics , Indian Institute of Science . Before I joined here, I was in Harvard University . Prior to that I spent my time in various Institutes/Universities in India (SINP, SNBNCBS, PRL, IUCAA) and abroad (University of Palermo, Italy, University of Oulu, Finland) as a short term or a long term researcher. I am a Theoretical Physicist working on various topics of Physics, Astrophysics, Cosmology, General Relativity, Astroparticle Physics and their interface. I also have significant interest in Astronomy (observation) and Data Analysis.
